Superb
A beautiful, well run, friendly and helpful place to stay in Lumbini, along the road to the main attraction, the extraordinary birthplace of the Buddha. We loved our room overlooking a large pond, where we saw animals and birds morning and evening.. The staff were very helpful and arranged a car for us to go to Tilaurakot, very recommended. The driver stopped several times when he or we noticed rare storks.
Perfect hotel with great food and fantastic staff!
The staff was really fantastic, from the manager to the servants, they were all extremely kind, helpfull and attentive!! Furthermore, the hotel has a big beautiful garden full with trees and nice birds. The food was excellent, really tasty and safe! And the rooms were very clean. Actually the best place to stay in Lumbini!
Best resort in Lumbini
We went there this March, and had an awesome time. The rooms are clean, spacious and the best part is it's in a big compound with a lot of trees, which is a big plus because of hot weather). We needed some medicines and the director of the hotel drove me to the nearest pharmacy. Awesome people and service. *****
The staff at the property were utterly welcoming and hospitable. It is conveniently located, close enough to the main complex of Lumbini, and far enough to give you a sense of peace and quiet. The ambience of the property is unmatched, and they have also set up ground water replenishing pits and solar water heaters which make it an ecologically sustainable property.
Forest garden resort
When I go in the hotel and I am amazing. The garden like the forest. There are different types of birds and flowers. My wife and baby like it so much. The room is so comfortable Also it is cleanly. We can seat the chairs and enjoy the views and sunset.
Excellent service, food, room and grounds/garden!!
This place was great! We stayed here on an Intrepid trip and LOVED IT! The food was incredible--breakfast, lunch and dinner, all Nepalese style foods, soooo good. The room was very comfortable and the garden is beautiful. I walked thru the garden and meditated a bit and it was just so, so peaceful and serene. Loved it. The manager and staff were excellent and made all of us feel right at home. I would absolutelt stay here again on a trip through Nepal in the future!
A Great Place To Stay
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lumbini Buddha Garden Resort. Every aspect of this resort is first class. A lovely peaceful quiet setting, magnificent food , a spotlessly clean room with a very comfortable bed and last not least tremendous staff who were always polite and only too willing to help with any requests or enquiries.
Absolutely top rate place to stay
The food was amazing. Buffet dinner and breakfast. Plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. The hotel is close to the temple. The cleanliness and pleasant surround made it a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place if visiting Lumbini.
A place to visit while at Lumbini
At beautiful Lumbini, I found Lumbini Buddha Garden rather different with pure organic food grown in the farm and maintenance of clean environment. Organic vegetable grown in their own veggie garden are served to guests and Nepali traditional style thatch houses are available for lodging. If you are planning to visit Bhairahawa, Butwal, Lumbini, it’s a must visit place. #VisitNepal2020

The place was perfect for our family vacation, rendering to kids to old age, kids enjoyed the badminton, table tennis matches, hammock was a bliss, Chef was very kind to prepare Jaulo for our Grand mother.
Fabulous Place to Stay in Lumbini
A fabulous place to stay with natural surroundings. At first, I found difficult to see what there is inside but once inside the hotel compound did not feel like getting out. Very good Nepali food and great place for strolling. We even managed to do some yoga in the open space ! A lot of birds also.
Nature's Lap in the Land of Buddha
Situated just a short distance from the main Monastry site this unique concept hotels allows you to mingle with the nature. Hotel management has done a crative effort to create a clam and peaceful environment to all visitors. A tradition hut type rooms which has huge flora and fauna surrounding it provides a distinctive flavour of Nepal.
Excellent stay
"This resort was beautiful and full of great staff. Most attractions in Lumbini are only 10 minutes away from the resort! Tours can be arranged directly from the resort, which I really liked. The resort is huge, but the resort restaurant is only 3 minutes away from most rooms! The service is superb, food is made with fresh organic ingredients.
Lumbini Buddha Garden
We were only supposed to stay for one night but ended up staying three! Beautiful place, tucked away just off the main road and close to the local temples, Lumbini Buddha Gardens' staff was so accommodating, helpful and friendly. The food was plentiful and breakfast was included! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the place to anyone.
Best place to stay in Lumbini
This has to be the best place in Lumbini. I used to dread any overnight stay in Lumbini due to the lack of food and accommodation choices. However it has changed after staying here. Nice comfortable beds, decent sized rooms, close from all the attractions in Lumbini and great staff who could not do enough for you. We even had a camp fire put on for us.
Little Oasis of Greenery
The resort is a little oasis of greenery amongst the rapid modernization of Lumbini area. A great place to stay, relax in nature with friendly staff and good food.
The hotel has all modern facilities
I have stayed at the charming Lumbini Buddha Garden Hotel twice now and felt very much at home there. As a keen birdwatcher I have enjoyed interesting bird habitat along the Telar River within a short walking distance. The hotel is only one hour's drive from Jagdishpur Reservoir, a Ramsar site of international importance for its wetland birds, where one can enjoy a full day's birding.
